thankyou

It is as true for me as it is for everyone else that without the help and support of a lot of other people I would not have been able to achieve anything of any merit . So I would like to take this time to highlight the contribution of those who have been

I would like to for the sake of this website and the work shown say thank you first of all to Craft Scotland and in particular to Jo Scott who am glad to be able to call a friend. In many ways I don’t believe I would have progressed as I did without everyone at Craft Scotland’s support and encouragement. I would like also to record my thanks to Shannon Tofts photographer, whose beautifully simple studio shots did much to re-frame my sense of what I was making which at the time was a tremendous encouragement. Thank you also too to Marc Millar for his portraiture. Marc is another exceptional artist and I am grateful for the images that he made, both of myself and my working space. Linda Jones for the catalogue images of the parianware that we made. Shannon, Marc and Linda can be found at https://shannontofts.com https://www.marcmillarphotography.com and https://www.instagram.com/lindajonesphoto.

I must also say thank you fully to everyone at Brunswick Ceramic Services. Neil and his team were with me every step of the way when I was building up my wholesale business. There didn’t seem to be anything they couldn’t do. I always enjoyed my trip to Stoke to spend some time talking, learning and collecting those moulds.

I would also like to thank Andrea of Chris and Andy design. Andrea is responsible for in transforming my vague and disconnected ideas into something functional and dare I say it beautiful. She has a lot of patience and is full of good ideas. She can be found at https://chrisandandy.design if you need her help.
